Yes, because I believe that a Pre-nup implys that 1 partner doesn't trust the other partner.

And to have a sucessful marriage TRUST has to be a main part of the marriage.

Yes i sure feel it is.... I also feel that it sets up a preset for distrust and divorce down the road... It is like you are setting yourself up for disaster before you even get started. JMHO... I dont think they are a good idea at all. If you canno totally trust each other why even get married to begin with.

In this day and age you have to look out for yourself. The person that was so in love with you can turn into a cold-hearted person and try to take you for everything. It's called CYA~cover your a$$!
