im 5 11 i got a vertical 13 n i run 5.4 i break an lot of takle n power ma way in da hole im ready exps in W.R AND H.B

how old are you, in high school you would be playing the line being that slow and a 13 inch vertical.

Get faster and maybe FB. or switch sides and play DE or linebacker
