A "Recovery Disk" is just that. It "recovers\Restores" your computer as it was when you took it out of the box.

You do not "get stuff" from a Recovery Disk, you simply put your computer back to the new state, thus you LOOSE EVERYTHING you'd put on it since you first started it.

If you're having some problems, you can use the RESTORE Option to RESTORE your computer from an earlier date when you weren't experincing problems.

5:SYSTEM RESTORE
