What you are doing wrong is trying to put a movie onto cd!

A CD is only able to hold about 8 to 10 minutes of VCD video. If the video you are trying to burn is more than 10 minutes long, you will have to use a DVD instead to hold it.

May be better to try Ashampoo Burning Studio program it helps to fit any size of movie to CD

DVD Shrink! I use this and it works really good. There is also a forum that you can go to if you get stuck. http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/
There is also DVD Decrypter http://www.mrbass.org/dvdrip/, and DVD Fab Decrypter http://www.mrbass.org/dvdfab/
This mrbass guy has all the answers. Good luck. I hope this helps. (but you have to use DVD-R, DVD+R or DVD-RW. Movies won't fit on regular CD's)
