Eukaryotes. Prokaryotes are single celled. There may be a few that are multi-cell, but I can't think of what they are.
Worms and arthropods are definitely eukaryotic.

EUKARYOTES, a eukaryote is an organism that contains a nucleus and membrane bound organelles. Prokaryotes have no nucles and are almost always simple forms of life (bacteria)
