I am always on the lookout for a good book, but I can't seem to find anything good lately, so I thought I would ask everyone this. What is your favorite book?

Hmm there are several good books out there. Depends on what genre you like. The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand is really good, Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, Song of Solomon by Toni Morrison. These are just a few...

My latest good read was "The Other Boelyn Girl" by Phillipa Gregory. It was about Anne Boelyn's (second wife of King Henry Viii) sister who had a brief affair with the king. It was amazingly historically accurate and so sexually and morbidly erotic!

This book actually made me want to study the Tudor era!

But was it my FAVORITE book? No way. I read so many books, two or three at a time, it's hard for me to pinpoint just one.

Lately, I've found most contemporary books rather...mediocre. So, I stick to classic novels.

My favorite one so far is either The Catcher in the Rye, by J.D. salinger,

The Grapes of Wrath, John Steinbeck,

or 1984, George Orwell.

The Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood. It's a wonderfully written story within a story. Every time I read it (and I've read it at least 100 times) I discover something new.
