Is there truth to the stereotype of ITALIAN men not performing oral sex on females?

It is expressed in "Sopranos" that among their culture it's like being submissive to the woman and is disgraceful. Anyone with experience in this area that can answer?

Might be true for old-school Mafia types but I know lots of Italian guys who enjoy going down on a girl... so I say maybe there is a little truth to it but not much. Most guys don't want to be thought of as "submissive" to women but I wouldn't consider it "submissive" to go down.
