What do you like least
Does it require a lot of education
How many people do you supervise
How often does co xxx give performance reviews
How many hours are required in the job
What criteria do they use for promotions
Is there any travel involved
What are some of the benefits the company offers
Does the company provide training
etc. etc.

You could ask them what they think about global warming
and what do they think we can do to stop it? What do they think about the wars around the world that are going on? What do they think about the gentleman that could end up being the next president of the USA? Are we losing moisture from our world through the hole in the ozone layer?
