How to fix my Ezonics EZ-318 Cam Plus?

When i first installed it, it worked for like 2 minutes then it stopped. I installed everything correctly and whenever i reinstall it always says that the webcam is an unknown device. Someone please help if you can i've reinstalled it three times in normal Windows and once in safe mode. My OS is XP. I just got this today so i'd really like to use it.

Hmmmm, From what you told us, it sure sounds like your cam is bad.
