It is similiar to shape of water molecule,repace O of water with Se and H with F.

you have 20 valence electrons to work with so...

F-Se-F with 6 unbonded electrons on each F plus the single bonds equals16 so far plus with the octet rule you have 4 more electrons on the Se atom.

fyi: halogens always as far as i know form single bonds with other atoms and molecules
