it feels like theres something leaking mentally or psychologically
i cant describe it exactly.

its as if lets say you have a full gas tank..... and somewhere around the tank theres a small whole (you dont know where) thats leaking gas.....
(dont say my rear end, i can control it) lol

its just like a hour glass and you see it spilling on the bottom half little by little until theres nothing left.

Yes, it's like losing the essence of what is you. You can literally feel it slipping away. It feels like once it's all gone, there will be no you left. It could be a kind of depersonalization; it could be a kind of mental exhaustion. I 'd take it as a sign that you need to be doing something to plug the hole. And refill the tank. I don't think I can tell you how to do that - you gotta figure that one out yourself. Good luck.

Well I'm wiccan so to us this could be an energy drain. Either you are not taking time for yourself and draining all your energy in helping others or psychic attacks are being thrown at you and you do not realize that your personal energy is being drained. Whether you believe this or not (wiccan belief).... you need to have some alone time to "fill'er up"... energize your being, do not let yourself be drained.

Very odd, I would say the best thing is talk to a physiologist or school counselor. You'll feel better soon don't worry.

Put soap on your head and look in the mirror for bubbles. It worked for me, I found the hole and plugged it with chewing gum. Still holds.
