i would say yes because with outside influences we can understand other cultures and better ourselves+ we are a melting pot country so other influences would melt into our country

ok, if i was to answer this question i would probably say
" The U.S. should and should not welcome outside influences. Only by receiving outside influences can the United States, a big mixture of religions, ideas and people from all over the world live up to its nickname and fame. The key to improving the United States' laws and conditions, is to accept new opinions and ideas along with new people from the outside world. For example, Japan was once isolated from the world, of course its technology was very far behind; ever since the American fleet came to negotiate and taught them about their inventions, Japan developed in all industries. On the other hand, since the key to why the United States is such a desired place for people to be, is due to its freedom and rights granted to the people, but if this was to be affected by the other countries' policies, then the US would crumble."

It is an opinion, so there's not a right or wrong answer. You can say something about America being a melting pot, where other cultures have mashed together so it's a good thing that the U.S. should welcome outside influences, it's what makes us American, we're just a bunch of cultures mashed together and it doesn't hurt to add some more.

Do we not already welcome outside influences? Thats what this country is based on. We allow immigrants in everyday. The U.S. is the melting pot. That is what this country was founded on. Without outside influences, we couldn't call this USA.

Thios is supposed to be your opinion on the influences of other countries. You have to say whether you think its bad or not. Then why or why not.
Example: I think we shouldn't because if we took their example then [this would happen] because of [this]
