they quit because the product is very hard to sell, the managers are a**holes

You need to explain more, why are they quitting, do you have another job lined up...

depends on the financial health of the company and if you think your services are in great demand. who knows, they may promote you when someone (who may be a non-contributor) leaves, soon. If you are comfortable here, maybe it's better to stay at least for a while and find out if you can move up the ladder

Don't quit too fast. If you stay onboard, you may see some major changes in the company. You may find yourself in a good position and your bosses more receptive to other ideas.

Judging from your description, I am guessing that you don't like working there at all.

BEFORE you quit, make sure that you have another job lined up. Or at LEAST enough money to cover your living expenses for a year or more.

But do consider your decision carefully before you make it.

you have to decide if the product is too hard for you to sell and whether you want to work for A*holes or not. Go with your gut, not the gut of others.

I assume you know WHY they are quitting. Before you walk, make sure you have another job to walk in to. e.g. Quit Friday, start your new job Monday.

That would really be up to you but wager the cost first and real reason they are leaving. Make sure you can afford to and if you like your job. Don't be a follower....

Never quit----
Always leave for better position.
Get a better POSITION and then move on.
