Ok try this:

Take deep breaths and with each breath letting every b reath take away a bit of stress at a time. Take a bit of worry and everything on yoyur mind away. Let the only thing stay in your mind is the fact that "YOU CAN DO IT!"
Some things might take longer to breathe away. It really works. It kind of gets you in a mind set, a mediation, in away.
I know you will do GREAT! Just remember you the best one there! Just don't breathe so hard. That you don't miss your turn.

Watch your breath. Breathe evenly and slowly, and concentrate on your breathing. Visualize yourself going through your routine flawlessly, effortlessly. Feel your body get into a relaxed yet confident stance as you do every movement. Do this once or twice a day. Whenever you feel yourself becoming anxious, stop and watch your breath. Stay with your breath until your body feels calm again. If disturbing thoughts come up, tell them no, and replace them with the mental picture I described above.

forget that there are judges out there.
and dont overthink everything.

if you love to dance, itll show in your emotion.
and the steps are probably engraved in your memory, even though you think youve forgot them all a few minutes before you go on........

lastly, just think about that little train that could.
that could be you =]

1) consider what you are doing now
2) What happens if you completely and totally mess up?
3) Would there be any major difference in what you are doing now?
4) Where will you be in twenty years?

Totally ignore the audience. Just think they are all bastards and you'll show your best.

Avoid eye contact.
