I have a 2000 Honda Accord and the tires look really worn down. I want to replace them, how much do they normally cost to replace? Also, how much do you think the labor would cost?

For all four you're looking at $400 at the very least but if you go to an auto wrecker you can get some really good used tires for far less and usually they're still on the rims. Then you just have to take them to a tire store and pay the labor cost. It'll be less than half price.

It depends on the where you go to buy tires, what brand of tires, and the size of your tires. For a 2000 Honda Accord 4 cylinder, with 14inch rims, you’re looking at 50-75 dollars per tire for a good brand. 15inch rims may cost you about 60-90 dollars per tire. For a Honda 6 cylinder, with 205/65/15 inch rims it may cost you between 60-100 dollars per tire and on 16 inch rims it could cost you between 60-120 dollars per rim. You best bet is to go to different shops (Sears, Town Fair tire, Pepboys) and get prices. Most of them will price mach each other competitor’s prices.

I'm going to agree with above, I buy all my tires from a junkyard for 20 bucks a pop, and I leave a message with mutliple places to call me when they get a complete set in that are brand new from like a 2007 vehicle that was just wrecked.

I used to have a 2006 Honda Accord and my tire got a nail in it. They weren't able to fix it so I had to buy another one. I had the choice of the same size but different brand and specs for about $150 + tax. But ultimately I went with the Bridgestone Potenza for about $190. They weren't really cheap if you ask me, but they were identical to the original ones.

It's not the car, its the tire size. Go look at your tires.

The size will be something like 205/60/R16 or whatever. Price tires on www.tirerack.com or call NTB.

IF you want good tires, then replace them with Michelins like those that came on the car when new.
Go to www.tirerack.com, and enter in your car info. They will even direct you to a local garage who can install them for a reasonable price. They are the best in the business, and have a really wide selction.
