I have known him since elementary school, he is transgender (girl to boy) and a questioning lesbian. I love him and enjoy him company, but I don't want to get intimate with. I mean, he likes to touch me, and sit close to me, but I don't think I return the same feeling. I don't know how to break it to him, I am a senior in high school and we are the only LGBT kids in our school.

Yup, just treat him the way you'd treat any friend of yours who made unwelcome advances - politely refuse and stress that you value his friendship. He'll understand if he really cares for you.

Simply tell him that you enjoy his friendship, but you are not comfortable with anyone invading your space. If he is unable to respect that, then it's time to bid him adios.
