Like this - touché.

It is French for "touched". It originates from fencing - if your opponent touched you with his sword (meaning that in a serious fight he would have wounded you) you would say "touché" to acknowledge the hit. In conversation, you say it to acknowledge when someone has made a good point, showed up something you got wrong or scored a point against you in some way.
