Puttaparthi is about 520kms approx by train from Hyderabad.

The best and most comfortable way to reach is to take the 7603 Kacheguda-Yeswantpur express which passes through Puttaparthi (Sri Sathya Sai Prashanti Nilayam or SSPN).

Sleeper Class, AC Three Tier and AC Two Tier accomodation available.

Alternately, you can take the Bangalore rajadhani express
