If you own a company's myspace domain what are a person's rights to that domain?

If for example I own myspace.com/wendys and wendys the resturant comes to me asking for the accounts password, do I need to just give it to them? Can I sell it?

since your are not paying fo he myspace domain name, and since all domain on myspace are myspace's and not the users, if Wendy came a calling, I would think thy would sick their big lawyers on you and evetually you have to give it up, you could not sell it
but I would think no corporate giant would even want to be on my space with it lousy image
