I'm supposed to answer this simple q, why is tris buffer a 'good' buffer to use in a biomedical sciences laboratory

Tris buffers are preferred because they are not only effective within physiological pH ranges (7-8), but don't cause undesirable side reactions with certain components in biological samples that phosphate buffers can evidence.
