2L/min = 120 L/hr = 120,000 cc/hr

base of tank = pi r^2 = 2e4 pi sq cm

120000 cc/hr / 2e4 pi sq cm = 3/pi = 0.955 cm/hr

2 m = 200 cm

Base Area = πr^2 = π(200)^2 = 40,000π cm^2

dv/dt = -2000 cm^3 per minute = -120,000 cm^3 per hour

-120,000 / (40,00π) = -3/π cm / hour = .955 cm / hour
