Some bright moron decided fining Turner Broadcasting instead of jailing them was a good idea. Now take a guess at who is gonna fork the 2 million in the long run. It's not like my cable bill isn't enough already. Thanks to these idiots I am sure it will be higher soon. How many people think jail time is a way better detterent than fines?
