Well,,I've had a few BAD dates that caused me to wonder about that very same thing....
:)
Seriously...
You may have heard of Male's "Shrinkage",,usually from Swimming,,or Cold.
Male's anatomy has the ability to retract the testicles into a pocket in the body,,,and most of the penis also
When boys are born,,,they're retracted and appear to have almost NO genitalia.
And it takes a while for the testicles to descend into normal position.
Japanese Sumo Wrestlers are known to PRACTICE deliberately retracting their testicles at will,,,and being able to hold them in the interal pocket in their body for protection during their fights.
Yeah,,it's a funny question,,but not stupid or rude.
I can see where it's something a person would wonder about.
Nature is interesting in how it provides various protective mechanisms.
Fingers, toes, ears, nose always seem to freeze first.
Small mass of flesh apart from main body,,I guess ya could say.
The testicles could be considered to be in same class in that respect
Thinking back to humans' beginnings,,,
people could afford to lose fingers, nose, ears, etc to frostbite and NOT jeopardize the survival of the Species.
But if their balls froze every winter,,,soon they would become Extinct from being sterile.
So that ONE appendage of our anatomy,,,has the ability to retract into our body to stay warm.
A person would have to be Dead or Frozen enough that death was imminent for their balls to freeze.
It would almost the same as any other internal organ freezing

Um No. Unless a guy sat on a block of ice for a period of time and had someone kick them in the balls afterwards. But I think no guy would do that.

well, just like you can freeze to death i guess its POSSIBLE, but its just a figure of speech you dont actually freeze your balls off. its like saying im so hungry i could eat a horse, youre not gonna actually eat a horse...so its cold, but your balls arent gonna freeze off, youd probably die before that happened

Litterally I guess they could get frostbitten, but there would be many other parts that would get frostbitten first. Maybe with liquid nitrogen like in T2
