I actually have two.
Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - This song has a really good rock edge that actually causes me to start head banging!!!
Eleanor Rigby - I find the poetry of this song, coupled with the beautiful string arrangement, makes this one of the most mature and artistic songs in their entire library. Truly haunting.

Wow, ONE favorite song? "All You Need is Love" and "Yesterday" come to mind. I grew up with The Beatles playing in our household. REally, that's too many too choose A single favorite.
