Cafe movie (please look inside)?

My mom and I had just watched 'Fried Green Tomatoes' and my mom thought she had already seen it, well...she didn't. But she did see one about a cafe...and the people were having an auction to try to sell it. The people were having finachel problems and they came up with an idea to sell it. It was like 'whoever could write the best story, can have our cafe'. If anyone knows the name of the movie (or if it sounds familar) then please post it here, or give me the link! thanks so much!

Sounds like Baghdad Cafe, but I doubt it...
