i turned down a gentleman after finding out he was married. suddenly i started getting calls to my cell calling me choice names from unknown men. one of them finally told me that my full name, picture and phone number was posted on craigslist.com as an online prostitute. when i contacted that website, they immediately took all that down, but now he has done this 3x. how do i get him to stop? do i need to file charges? or is there a way to do it...such as warn him without having to involve authorities. i know his first name, cell number and where he works.

serious replies only coz this is really getting to me. thank you

foward faxes ( from an anonymous fax number ) to the office CEO, call the front receptionist and politely ask her for the CEO personal fax number, and then fax over what is been going on ( be polite ), nothing scares them like being talked to by the boss because of an idiot employee messing around, no boss likes to have personal stuff like this brought into their workplace, he'll most likely get fired.

that or get a restraining order

Call his wife, tell her that you and her husband were seeing one another. Tell her anything she wants to know, then when you get off the phone, call the police. Then just for fun, call him and tell him you've told his wife everything and you've called the police. That should do it!

Just kidding.... call the police and follow what they suggest you do. He has others involved in this and they are just as responsible as he is. I wouldn't waste time.

Good luck dear.
