find total total hours when the two plans are equal then

20 + 8h = 16.25h
20 = 8.25 h
h = more than 2 but less than 3
therefor any time equal to or more than 3 hours will make
plan 1 best.

x = court time

20 + 8x = 16.25x
20 = 8.25x
x = 2.4242

So the cost is equal for 2.42 hours

Plan 1 will be cheaper for 3 hours or more
($44.00, rather than $48.75)
