All piercings have risks...ears are just more common. make sure whatever you have pierced is done by a clean and reputable establishment.

well it all depends they all have things that can go wrong are you talking about home piercing or professional? if your talking about home piercings/do it yourself dont touch your tounge thats way to risky ears are fine ive heard your nose has risks i did mine myself and i did my bellybutton myself but professionals are better because their trained in what they do and their generally very good at it but they all have their consequences mainly infection is your biggest problem make sure everythings clean before piercing whatever

I have my belly periced.
For about 2 years now.

No infection ever.
Its all about how clean you are with it.
You take good care of it, it will be fine.
