I need to describe a place. Any place at all. It could be a real place, or made up. We just have to describe it using the 5 senses. Touch, taste, smell, feel, and hear...You don't really have to do taste if you can't think of anything...I appreciate any help with any ideas about a place I can do. Thanks!!!

Hmm. I once got and A++ on a short story for this one. Make it a snow palace.

You can taste the tiny ice crystals on your tongue
Snow as far as the eye could see
Cold to touch
Smell the gingerbread workers
Hear the distant children's laughter as they create snowmen so tall

I would do the mountains where there is a lot of snow. You can use all the senses there. Touch, feel and taste the snow. Smell, feel the pine trees. Hear crunch of snow and ice under boots. That's a few ideas.

You should talk about the beach since you can feel the sand, taste the salt of the sea, smell the ocean, and hear the waves etc you can go into more depth but that to me would be a good place to start

Bakeries are great places to fill the five senses. Any place were there could be a lot of people or noise parks, festivals ect I hope this helps. Hint ice just doesn't crack, it giggles, moans, shimmies, spits. Use verbs avoid adjective to discribe. Bread just doesn't smell good it smells like it rose in the morning (excuse the pun) Birds don't just fly they flap their wing to a musical notation unheard by man. Good Luck!

This one is easy for me cause you don't have to use taste. The best places for senses would be the zoo of course. You mget to touch the animals you sure can smell them you can feel their skin and mostly out of all of them you definetly can hear them without a doubt.

I think Hawaii would be someplace easy to describe...

Sight - seeing the palm trees, clear skies, and blue water.

Sound - hearing the waves lap the shore and other vacationers swimming, running and playing on the beach.

Feel - sand burning your feet and squishing between your toes, tropical breeze on your cheek

Smell - suntan lotion everywhere and pineapple from your tropical drink

Taste - your tropical drink, of course!

Hope this gets the creative juices flowing!

A spring garden after a morning rain

smell - the freshness of the air
touch - the soft, wet petals of the flowers
feel - the warmth of the sun as the clouds go away
hear - the birds rejoicing from their bath
taste - the sweetness of your kiss

best of luck!

The beach, pretty with it's sandy banks and blue water. It smells great there, of the sea and close forest. You can hear the waves spashing on the beach and the animals talking in the forest.
