My son got glow sicks at a pool party, and after a while they lost their glow. Is it possible to make them glow again?
Any useful ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks.

No. They will not glow again, and putting them in the freezer just makes them last longer. If it's lost it's glow, it is done. Sorry. But next time put them in the freezer before you go to bed, whenever you arn't using them, and they should work the next night and sometimes a third night.

It depends on how long ago the party was, but try sticking the glow stick in the freezer. After it freezes, try cracking it. You won't have as much glow as it first did, but it should have a little.

My kids have always placed their's in the freezer...apparently the chemical breakdown of the freeze method and the ingredients in the glow stick somehow recharge themselves...

The freezer thing does not work. We buy glowsticks at the dollar store all the time because my son likes to sleep with them.

i think if you freeze them while still glowing they will last longer. try freezing it and see...

i think you can freeze them. if that doesnt work, then i think it will be cheaper to just get a new one.
