Well I won't answer you with a question (since enough people have done that already so it would be even more tiresome & unimaginative!) Yes I do get a bit annoyed when people answer questions with a question (more so in daily life than in this forum). I believe it's a sign of insecurity. The person doesn't want to give (or doesn't feel confident enough to give) a definitive answer so they'd rather deflect responsibility back to you by having you answer their question instead...Then again I've probably been guilty of doing this myself on certain occasions when it was a question that I didn't feel comfortable asking or when I needed clarification...

No I usually notice they are either asking for more information or giving the questioner another way of looking at something and finding there own answer. The ones you will receive will also be fascinating reading. Its fun seeing how many ways people can answer a question with a question. while at the same time saying basically "No, Do You?"

No, i do no longer. With the 1000's of distinctive variations of god over the years it relatively is a valid question to be asking. in basic terms the conceitedness of a few believers, who see their specific style of god simply by fact the only logical risk makes it look tiresome and lacking in mind's eye. one might desire to argue that being closed minded and seeing in basic terms one risk is an illustration of loss of mind's eye. Do penguins bust a move on their glaciers?

Actually, it depends on the context. Sometimes I find a question where the asker could be greatly benefitted by being asked a question that leads them in enough of a direction that they could figure the answer for themselves/ I'm sorry. I'm a piano teacher, and teachers must always guide people to finding their own answers, instead of simply supplying them.

Yes, if it is a mindless habit or a means of evading detection for a wrong the other questioner has done. Questioning in response to a question, if used properly as the method it was developed to be, is a great educational and communication device. So sorry for its abuse of people with dishonest intent.

Some questions are so general that nobody has a clue what they are talking about and the people need to be more specic when asking a question.
Examples
"My Computer doesn't work"
"My car won't start"

You are not specific in what questions are answered with questions. Any examples?

no, the question may be lacking in imagination, but most questions are as worthwhile in terms of their answer value as any other statment. think it through, what is the person who answers with a question saying, as well as what information do they request.

actually, have you tried carrying on a conversation with someone only using questions? it is really difficult & makes for a really creative conversation. i find it quite whitty.

of course, there is a time and place. every question should not be answered in such a way.

Yes. Incredibly. But a smart answer followed by a thought-provoking question does get me excited.

Perhaps but I think this is done when the question has been tiresome and lacking in imagination. hehe
