Lunch because:
Breakfast is so early that you might not even be conscious of what your eating...and that could be bad. Especially if your not a morning person...like me.
Dinner is later in the afternoon/evening, and if you get home late, or if you are too tired to eat anything- it's a lost cause.The better aspect of this is that it gives you a chance to spend time with the family- but if you have a family with a crazy schedule, who knows if you even get to enjoy those moments.
Lunch is the best time hands down. It's in the middle of the day, which gives you a chance to relax from your work day. It gives you a chance to re-coup for a little bit. It also seems like the best time of day to enjoy the best foods like fruit salad, wraps, and glorious salads! yummy.

Breakfast :Cheerios With A Banana In it,kool-aid or Gatorade. Lunch-Whatever They Make At School Dinner Ramen Noodles, Chicken Noodle soup.

I'm not a breakfast eater so I love LUNCH too. If I have lunch then depending on what I have, I don't need dinner....or I get something to split between lunch and dinner.

Lunch, because I look forward to a break in the day from work. Also if I haven't eaten breakfast and can't afford dinner.

Depends on how hungry I am.
Some days it's breakfast, other days it's dinner. Lunch rarely excites me for some reason.
