I would determine where your strengths and weaknesses lie and tailor your studying to that. I am strong in math and average in verbal. The first time I took it I used a general GRE study book and did well on the math but only average on the verbal. So, I bought books that had thousands of GRE words and memorized tons of them and brought my verbal score up by 130 pts.

I was told that Barron's was best, but I had a problem with the book format. Once a friend lent me some cards, it improved my score. Be prepared to take it a few times. I'm not a great test-taker, but ended up doing okay with it. Good luck!

Many of my students have reported good experiences with the Barron's guide, but really, it's up to you.
Take a look at the several guides that are out there, and choose which system appeals to you. The books with several practice tests are definitely valuable.
