if the flasher works correctly on the left side.
you have a short on the right side wiring causing the flasher to oscillate which is the buzzing noise you hear.
check the right rear brake light if it works correctly it in the wiring going the the right front. if it doesn't work correctly its in the wiring going to the rear.

Turn on your turn signal, and look in the fuse box. There will be a small round canister looking thing making that buzzing noise-this is the turn signal relay, and it is going bad. The good part about that is: #1. the noise makes them very easy to locate, and #2. they are almost the cheapest fix you will ever do to a vehicle ( 2 to 5 dollars in most cases)

does it do the same thing when you turn on the left signal if it does and it should then you need to replace the flasher relay on the fuse panel. Very cheap and easy to fix.

-what you hear is a sound that let you know that your signals are on.
It doesn' t matter if your Right signal is on or your Left signal is on or your 4 ways are on. The sound is there to let you know that your signals are on

poor contact internally in switch suggest replacing switch in some cases the plug is burnt and have to be replaced it is very hard to find a plug or pigtail

check to see if the bulb is good, otherwise it is probably the flasher.

yes ,there is an easy fix to that problem. turn your radio up higher when you turn right so you won't hear it.
