What Super Powers would you mostly want to posses?

Every week we are introduced to a new character with super powers on the show Heroes. If you had the ability to own one of those powers, which would you choose and why? For me, I would love to be invisible. Just imagine being in a room knowing no one can see you.

I asked this question because I was curious to see how many people are like me. There are two phrases that I have used countless amount of times.

First: If I were a fly on the wall.

Second: If I only knew then what I know now.

How many of us wouldn't want to have information from the source without them knowing that someone overheard their secret? How many of us would love to be able to turn back time and relive a moment in time either because we wanted to change the outcome or simply because it was a memorable one.

I like all your answers. All, except for one, gave it a lot of thought. This will be a hard one. Thank you to all.

A super brain, one that can be practical, efficient, and very smart so that i can solve some of the world's problems, like hunger and war and stuff. :O But then there would be no need for super heroes, since all the bad things are gone... which would make me very sad. D:

I have a lot of superpowers I want. But the ability to copy a superpower just by seeing it and able to use it at will, and be able to use it any time. That way, I would be able to have all the superpowers I want. But really, if I could only have one power at a time, these are the top 5 with reasons, in order of want.

Invisibility- Er... One of the reasons, you shouldn't know. But I'd like to be able to spy or sneak up on people without being seen.

Time Control- Now, I could do an endless amount of things with this, and I wouldn't age. Yey! Plus I could get some place else within a "split" second. I wouldn't cheat by using this power in a sport, though.

Flight- I wanna go someplace else really quickly, so I'll just fly there. Saves gas, too.

Super Strength- Hmm... I'd say I'd want this so I could defend myself.

Infinite Intelligence- Well, if I had infinite intelligence, I would pretty much have psychokinetic powers and stuff like that. Plus. I would know everything, and be able to shoot lightning, create fire, water, earth, air, and a lot of other stuff. Plus I could fly. Wow, this really should be up top. But I'd like the rest more than this.

Hmm...that's a tough question....

I can't really decide on one, but if I were to get:

Invisibility: I'd use it for Halloween/April Fools' Day pranks,
To (as someone else said) see who's really my friend,
And to just have time to be alone. Im not that creative with this power ^.^;

Time-Warping/Stopping:
To give me more time to read my mangas!
Let me do more things than normal
So I can revisit better times in my life
ummm....darnit, my mind went blank, sorry....

Regeneration:
Then I'd definitely have more fun, knowing that I was
invincible, then I'd have more confidence when I'm
doing swordfighiting at the park. :D

That's a difficult question. Yet one which I'm sure every geeky kid (including myself) have thought about at length at one time or another. I'd have to say...telekinesis. You can do so much with it, including mimicking other abilities like flying. Plus it would save a ton of time on mundane tasks, and be useful for self defense.

My power would either be the power of Fire or the power of darkness (essentilay fire only black and you can teleport through it and you can sommon mosters made of evil through it and other cool things, you must have a dark heart though to possess it)

i would also have the power of regeneration like Wolverine on X-men(he is so cool

I've only seen the show a few times, and I haven't seen this power displayed by anyone yet, but my choice would be super-speed. It would be a very versatile ability, both offensively and defensively.

The power to erase people's memory could come in handy.

I would like Peter's power. The ability to absorb others' powers.

You answered your own question!! That's what I would choose too! It would be awesome to scare the s&!7 out of people when they least expect it...or to just be walking in when people are talking about you, that way you know for sure who's real.

Flight baby! I won't have to spend money on transportation anymore and could leave my house like 10 minutes before I start work. And that feeling of freedon would be amazing.

i truely think that having the power of time is the best i could fix mistakes over and over forward time you can also become invisable useing time travel on yourself if i had the power of time id be the happiest being on earth
