the burn is very small and the material is lined cotton, ive heard about a product that you can iron on that comes with different types of paper to match the material

well iron on patches can often just make things worse in the long run and damage the material. when i get repair jobs of these sort if the hole is small enough try getting a matching thread and sew lines one way and then sew the opposite way making a cross pattern until the hole is filled. but it also depends where the hole is on the couch
