What is the factory engine CID for 1963 Pontiac Tempest?

326CI. I think they used this engine in the 1964 GTO also, but they changed the crankshaft and increased the stroke to make it a 389CI

All the above don't know Pontiacs. The 1965 Pontiac Catalina 2+2 with the 421 SD, 4-speed, aluminum front end and swiss cheese frame was, for YEARS, the fastest car ever tested by Car and Driver from 0-60, at 3.9 seconds. That mark has only been beaten in the last 10 or so years. This car would run in the 11's, if memory serves, from the factory. The Cobra back then ran in the 12's, and about 4.5-4.6 from 0-60. Cobra was faster from 0-11-0, but in the 1/4 it gets spanked by the Catalina.

They offered a 200 ci four banger, it was a half of a V8, it could be had with a 4 barrel carb and headers, a fun little package. it was 63 or 64, it was so long ago, I forget. Oh and then there was the ohc six, 215 ci in 1964
