It's killing me here, cause I"m trying to be vicious, but can't be vicious when it's sunny and happy all the time!

Ever heard of 'Sunny California'? I think they are refering to the southern part where the desert is, also Arizona has a lot of desert too that's real sunny.

there is no such state--every state in the US has rain at some time. this includes states that are considered "sunny" all the time like Hawaii, California, Arizona and Florida
