I would check with the local planned parenthood/health department....
I think that Medicaid is a great thing...
They take great care of you....give you great doctors....and plenty of the things that you need to take care of your baby....
It does not make you part of the welfare system as some people say, but it is what people pay taxes for....to make sure that there are healthy pregnant moms and healthy babies born....

I think you can get insurance through medicaid or planned parenthood, you should check into it.
You don't need to have finished school to be able to get a job. Try looking for a job now or after you have the baby, one that offers insurance for full time employees. You're going to have to start taking responsibility and paying for your child, you might as well start now.

Get on medicaid, I was 17 when I had my son and they covered everything.
I would really suggest you get into a GED program while pregnant and take the test before you give birth so that you are able to take care of the child, if you are living with your parents depending on how much they make they may not allow you welfare. I tried to get on welfare but they denied me because I live with my parents and my dad makes good money which I think is total Bull because there basically saying if I live at home with my parents they should support me and my child.

get a job, or get child support from your boyfriend. Your bf/husband should have a job that has medical benefits. Also, get your GEd or finish high school.
Get help from your parents too or get welfare. You're going to need it if you don't get a job with insurance. Your going to have to pay for the whole cost for labor and delivery. And more once the child is born. If you're pro choice, get the abortion.

Most states offer assistance like medicaid. Also during your pregnancy, you could go back to school.
