The Los Angeles Lakers
When Lamar Odom becomes 100% the Lakers will be a very strong team, and when Kwame Brown comes back, they can alternate between Bynum and him. Smush, Walton, Farmar, Radmonovic will hit the occasional 3 pointers, and last but not least..they have the best basketball player in the NBA, KOBE BRYANT.
P.S. I hope Chris Mihm doesn't come back, he is a really bad, wimpy player, He will make the team lose.
The Suns will not win in the playoffs..because offense only does not win Championships...and they will choke and lose to a more expericanced team

The rockets. Look at nicely tmac is carying the team. There only 1.5 games behind San Antonio, and thats without one of their all stars. They can beat any team, even dallas. No one in the league can ctop Yao, and if they double team him, he can kick it out to so many poeple who can make the three such as tmac, battier, luther head. And bonzi wells will work great to gaurd beiiger men like josh howard one he is healthy. Rockets have the potential to go all the way if they stay healthy in the playoffs.

i think dallas has the bad taste in their mouths from last seasons finals breakdown and are on a mission to win the NBA championship. they are more focused and harder to stop than any team in the NBA. even though their star (nowitzki) has bad games, they still have the depth to beat most teams.. my heart says the lakers but its a loooooong shot. another team which i would like to see succeed are the Suns who are so damn entertaining. realistically though, i think the mavs are the favorites
