Im 17 (18 in 5 months) and weigh a little 121 pounds. I try to lift but all my progress comes and goes. My metabolism is fast as hell, and I was wondering what will happen when my metabolism slows. Will I gain weight easier, and will getting muscles by working out be easier also??????????????

Your metabolism may take awhile to slow down, so don't wait for that to happen. Some people have to wait until they are 40 or 50 before their metabolism slows down. Another drawback, when your metabolism slows down, you will gain weight, but not where you might think. For men, it shows around the gut(spare tire), and women around the waist and thighs(pear shaped). Your arms and chest will increase in mass, but will only look defined if you keep working out. So while you may gain weight, it will usually be in the wrong places.

Keep working out and keep eating a mostly healthy diet if you want to increase muscle now. Don't wait for your metabolism to slow. Sorry, I can't give you a quick fix, but that is basically how life is.Things will balance out in due time.

Gaining weight is one of the things that happens when the metabolism slows down, so yes you will gain weight. You'll also sleep more and lower your blood pressure.
