Everyone hates each other. Yes I know it's only Yahoo answers but people are so much braver sitting behind a computer screen, they get to say what they really think. It makes me sad to think that such hatred exists. This is the world my little boys will grow up in. Such hatred is learned behaviour, babies aren't born hating each other. Sad that people can take something as innocent as a child and fill it with poison. It's never going to end is it?

The questions never seemed too alarming to me.. but some of the answers I have been bewildered by.
It is an excellent analyzation of the way people truly think while they are being so candid.

Velvet_Goth, yes, it makes me VERY sad. I don't understand it. But, the only way things change is if you change them. You have to fight against it.
'Answers' has the ability to be a 'grass roots' forum, and you just have to ignore the questions from the obvious 'trolls' and respond to those other questions in a responsible manner. Not with anger and hatred, but with logic and passion and tolerance. Maybe there's not a snowball's chance in hell that you will change the Asker's mind, but think of the possibilities that exist with people who may NOT have their mind made up. Words are powerful things, and they have been the catalyst to changes in attitudes and laws all through history. Words have led to the end of injustices, the toppling of governments, and the tyranny of evil men.
The pen is truly mightier than the sword, no matter how it feels sometimes.

It's a cruel world out there. Some people do not like themselves, so they write angry and hateful things so they can feel better. It is quite sad, I know. Perhaps this is a way of expressing what's really on their minds, but unfortunately it's taken a little too far.

NOPE, but it does not make me wanna cry, it makes me wanna laugh but dont take it the wrong way, i think its funny that people can point a finger at someone and call them this and that, but in reality there everything there calling that person plus ignorant......that sucks

In the religion section there is a lot of hatred i GOD vs Atheists try not to be nasty but often find myself losing my temper. No one is perfect I wish you a lot of luck

I cry when i see all the horrible spellings.. its sad how stupid some people are.. and they don't even realize it.... But they apparently dont realize what CHECK SPELLING means either so.. peace be with them I guess...
And I dont intend to poison my child if i ever have one... its called beliefs and in America we are allowed to all have our own!

yes it is sad....but, its not just on yahoos answers..read the paper wouldnt you rather people be honest here...and, vent, than perhaps, commit a crime against someone? who knows...it probably does some good...
