It may be under-developed life such as bacteria, but still life. Some scientists believe life on earth came from bacteria sent here some where else by comets. They've also found bacteria that does not have DNA.. where we know that all living things on Earth have DNA.. where did it come from? May have come from space.

therefore, it is also possible that a planet like ours somewhere out there can evolve just like we did.
