I'm trying to compare how if someone threw a dog into the washermachine they would get less jail terms then one who threw a baby in the washermachine.

Trust me i'm serious on this issue...and i'm not jokeing. I know it's sick and really sad but I need the truth.

The reason why I posted this question was because there was news that a lady threw in her boyfriend's puppy into the washermachine and only got four MONTHS. I'm trying to write 1 1/2 pages about that and write how it affects American values by saying that if someone threw a baby in the washermachine they would get more jail terms.

It can be hard to guess this one because I don't know what state you Live in. But if the child did not die or the dog then I would say that there would be a longer jail time of misstreatment of the dog then the child. It's sad to hear but it's ture the state in which I live in have harsher laws for abuse of an animal then for humans.(as long as there was not a death). If I were you I'd check with the Humane Sociaty in your area as well as the Cleark of Courts. But in either case that is sick to think that anyone could or even do that to a child or animal. Hope this help you some.

Life if the baby dies, some states death penalty. Unless they plead, or agreed to 2nd degree murder then it is up to the prosecutor and the agreement.
With a dog, yes they would get less time. Because there is more value placed on a human life than an animal life. We know this because hunting and eating babies is not legal, lol.
Odds are with the dog, she probably got some form of animal cruelty etc... charge.
Either way it's sick, most murderers start off my experimenting with animals. Dahmer used to nail them to trees, we see how he turned out!

If someone tossed a live baby in the washer and that baby died because of it. They should go to prison and be housed in the same cell and Big Al, The meatman, Iturnthemaround Sam and Pickupthesoap Ralph. Or , just toss their A** in a big washer and put two quarters in. If they toss a dog in there, send them to the dog pound and house them with 4 big bad pit bulls and rub them down real good with bacon fat. There I said it.

Depends on the Judge, Jury and wether the baby died or was seriously injured.

Quite probablyfor life (as it should be). There was someone who received a suspended 4 month sentence earlier today for putting her boyfriends cat in the washing machine... http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/6331411.stm

Actually, in most states you would get the death penalty for that..THANK GOD Cruelty to animals is one thing...but to even try to compare that with harming an infant in that way is sick and twisted. There is no comparison in the life of an animal and that of a child.

If would depend if the baby was put into the machine on a long or short wash cycle.

If this baby was a fetus then yes unfortunately that criminal wouldnt stay behind bars longer than if he/she killed a dog, but if the sicko killed what is considered a baby, then yes they could face 25 years to life, with a murder one charge.

That is murder. Of a human, not a dog. I love animals as much as the next, but it is not in the same catergory as humans.
