Dr. Joseph Price in the Atlanta Monthly, October, 2004, stated that Bush is suffering from Dementia. That should be reassuring to the American public. He showed proof in a video comparing Bush's speaking ability from 10 years ago(no help from notes) and today with the help of notes. I have to agree with the Dr. I think this is why people have a habit of asking if he is stupid. I think he is honestly ill. I think the whitehouse dr. needs to proclaim him unfit to finish his term.
