Here is a list of the top 10 that appears on a bunch of diferent sites. Since the Raiders have the #1 pick the best fit for them I think would probably be JaMarcus Russell.

screw brady quinn. I think brady quinn is the next joey harrington. An overhyped college QB that will flop in the pros. It would only put the icing on the cake if he actually gets picked by the lions with the no 2 overall pick. But if i were the raiders i would definetely pick Jamarcus Russel. He's big and strong he can throw the long ball better than anyone in football, (which is the oakland staple) and he can take the hits that he is undoubtedly going to get standing behind that disgrace of an offensive line. Brady Quinn would be injured by the end of preseason.

Depends, The Raiders need to figure out how long can they run on Aaron Brooks, because if it was about 2 more years they can trade down and get more picks and get somebody like Troy Smith or Chris Leak. Both of who need time to be groomed into a NFL Quaterback. But if not, they should pick Jamarcus Russell.

First off alwaysmooth the cowboys don't hav 1st pick so they wouldnt take Quinn and second they allready hav Romo, they dont need Quinn. I'd take Calvin Johnson of GT at WR.
