Is it inside of the little black box that is connected to the black round motor? If so how do I check it I was told there was a wheel I was supposed to turn but I see nothing like that.

The timer is located on the mother board. The mother board is mounted on the back of the refrigerator. Pull it out and behind the freezer you will see a panel with 1/4" sheet metal screws. Unplug first. Caution: This is a Static sensitive part and must be handled with care. Also your motors are running on 12vdc. If you have a shorted motor that can also cause the mother board to fail. If you just replace it on a guess and do have a shorted motor you will damage the replacement. This type of refrigerator can fool even the best of service men. If you understand what i have written then go ahead The part # is WR55X10552 and has a list price of $112.00. This could be a very expensive guess.

The defrost timer is located on LEFT side facing the back and at the very Bottom near floor, right near where the fan runs. It is in an enclosure and you will recognize a round Permanent Magnet motor that drives it.

Your model numbers do not come up on any search. The defrost is for the freezer only, you might, if possible, try shutting it down for 24hrs. You might have something frozen that's effecting the frig side.
