what do you wear to a job interview?

top, pants, shoes and where do i get them??

and how should makeup and hair be?
oh its at a resteraunt not fast food but not really really fancy.

Depends on your body type. Department stores such as Macy's should have it. If you're petite like me, try Express, or Banana Republic. If you're curvier try Lane Bryant or New York Jones and Company. Or, just buy whatever's on sale and have it tailored.

Keep your makeup simple. Don't look like you're going clubbing. Hair should be neat and tidy. Are you going to be a hostess? You might want to kick it up a notch since you'll be one of the first people customers will see.

Don't forget your resume! (I've never been asked but just in case.)

A lovely pants suit or skirt and jacket with a lovely top under neat would do the job, lovely hair style, and also a lovely high heal perhaps 3-4 inches high with stockings, simple make up and a beautiful smile and politeness should do the trick. Good luck.

Appropriate attire. If you don't know what that means, you are not ready to interview for a job at a restaurant. You cannot bother to learn to spell restaurant and that is sad.

I am probably being a little rough on you, but for crying out loud, get it together. I can understand you asking about wearing a suit, but not issues on what top, pants and shoes you should wear. That is ridiculous.

I swear by Club Monaco. Some of their pieces are expensive but all their clothes are simple and great for work and evenings out. Your makeup should be simple, don't add too many colors that could distract the other person and make you worried that you need to touch it up. Your hair should be pulled away from your face so that you look professional rather than sloppy.

Well, I had to audition to get into my school (included and interview) as far as clothes, you want to dress properly. No ball gown is needed, but you don't want to come in with a mini skirt and a tube top. Try a modest skirt and a blazer. DOn't go spending tons of money on hair or makeup for just one day.

Dress smart and sophisticated and this way they'll know you're serious about it and you'll feel good about yourself.

Black pants, business shirt (red or white), black high heels and I'd leave the hair down (maybe put 1/2 of it up) and maybe a lil bit of make-up but not full on, go for the natural look

you want to impress the person interviewing you. so even if its not fancy, dress nicely. at least a nice dress shirt, dress pants, and some dress shoes. if you want to look even better wear a suit. dont go to much more than a suit becuase the person may get the wrong impression, like your trying to "suck up."

you can get dress clothes at any local tailor or even dilliards, macys, jcpenneys, anything like that. you just have to look around; depends on where you live.

You can NEVER go wrong with a suit and natural looking makeup and hair.

You can get suits anywhere from JC Pennys to Express to Banana Republic depending on how much you want to spend.

Wear your nicest clothes...black slacks or skirt, nice ironed blouse and matching dress shoes. You can go to Banana Republic, Ann Klein, Macy's....places that usually have everything put together for you! And, yes have your hair nice and nice make up. Go to a make up consultant at Macy's and have your hair done at a salon!
