Leave it thaw out for a couple hrs.

Depending on how it froze if the parts just got really cold I would just leave it in a room that is fairly warm. Try making sure the room temperature is 68 or above. If any moisture was involved and froze with the moisture leave it in a room for 2 or 3 days. If the moisture froze badly it could have damaged some parts and that could cause your computer not to turn on. So if it froze with moisture and you try to turn it on when it is COMPLETELY DRY!! and it doesn't work you could have caused it to get damaged from the cold.

All you can probably do is thaw it slowly. I wouldn't apply any direct heat - try just leaving in a room for a few hours until its at room temperature.

If you think there is any moisture in it then let it dry out for a day or two before powering up.
