yeah he did have hair when he had his mask. he doesn't have any hair now cuz it looks more intiminating (sorry i can't spell) without the mask. imagine his long hair without his mask, it would look weird

Because WWE can't write a decent storyline, and then follow through with satisfyign results...like...let's say...facial burns. Through his career, he didn't wear a wig, only the night he lost his mask. You could tell, because it was a totally different shade of brown, and it just looked like a wig. But, yes, according to the flimsy storyline, he walked out of the fire with his hair burned...and yet, his face was only damaged with emotional scarring. In unkayfabe that means WWE couldn't think of a good way to make him looked severely burned every show.

He shaves his head (part of it anyway). If you look close at him, the front part of his head is bald and then where the ears are, he has a straight line going from ear to ear and has tiny hair going on back.

he shaves it. most of his career has been with short hair. the mask had hair built in it.
